Woman, 42, supplied heroin at her Dundee home

A woman had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court after she admitted supplying heroin in the city. Susan Malone, 42, of Clepington Road, admitted being concerned in the supply of the Class A drug heroin at her home on March 18. Sentence was deferred until April 18 for reports and assessments.

Man, 45, admits possessing heroin on Dundee street

A man had heroin on a Dundee street. Paul Gellatly, 45, of Ann Street, had his sentence deferred at the city’s sheriff court after admitting a charge of possession. Gellatly admitted having heroin, a Class A drug, in Strathmartine Road on January 27. Sentence was deferred until March 31 for reports and assessments.

William Gray, 27, of Silver Link Avenue, Dundee, had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court. Gray admitted having heroin, a Class A drug, in his possession at Hilltown Terrace on September 14 last year. Sentence was deferred until April 27 for reports.

Two charged after heroin worth £24K recovered in Angus

A man aged 24 and a woman aged 43 have been charged in connection with drugs offences after heroin with an estimated illicit value of around £24,000 was recovered from addresses in Restenneth Drive and Strathmore Avenue, Forfar on Saturday.
