Dundee man attempted to punch policeman on New Year’s Day

Wayne Patton, 46, of Grampian Gardens, admitted assaulting a police officer on New Year’s Day when he appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court. Patton admitted that on January 1, in Seagate, he assaulted PC Ryan Marshall and attempted to punch him on the head. Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentence on Patton until March 23.


Dundee man placed on curfew after driving offences

December 1, 2017

George Devlin, 53, of Grampian Gardens, was placed on a curfew for four months, between 7pm-4am, and banned for driving for five years. He admitted that on October 31, in Arbroath Road, he drove while disqualified and without insurance.
