Residents in the West End have spoken of their shock following a serious assault on Saturday night.
A Dundee charity dedicated to helping the city’s most vulnerable says it desperately needs a permanent new home amid growing pressure on its services.
Joseph Tracy, 29, of Dundee Cyrenians, Brewery Lane, had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court. Tracy admitted stealing four packs of meat from Co-Operative Stores, Edward Street, on March 6. Sentence was deferred until August 17 for reports.
Repair work is set to begin this week on a Dundee road which was badly damaged by thunderstorms last week.
