Connor McLeod, 18, of Balunie Drive, had sentence deferred to be of good behaviour by Sheriff Alastair Carmichael.
Connor McLeod, 25, of Noble Avenue, Invergowrie, was fined £120. He was also issued with three driving penalty points after admitting driving a van at 60mph in a 50mph zone on the A90 Kingsway West, at Myrekirk Road, on January 8 this year.
James Green, 81, of Strathmore Avenue, Dundee, had sentence deferred to April 20.
