A car was left damaged after yobs threw an ‘object’ at a moving car in Dundee.
The white VW Polo was struck as it made its way along the slip road from the Kingsway to the Coupar Angus Road roundabout, at about 7.20pm on Saturday.
As it approached the circle, the unknown item was thrown from the bushes and dented the vehicle.
The car driver was left shocked but unharmed during the incident.
Police are now looking to track down those responsible.
A statement from the force read: “The passenger side rear door of the moving vehicle was dented after an object struck it, at about 7.20pm.
“On this occasion no-one was injured, but the driver was alarmed by the incident.
“Throwing any item at a moving vehicle is dangerous and can have very serious implications for all road users.
“Anyone who has information that could assist officers with their enquiries into the matter should contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
