A woman has been charged following an alleged drugs raid at an address in Dundee.
Police swooped on a flat in Ballindean Road in the Douglas area shortly before 9am yesterday.
One eyewitness said: “Six police officers ran into the close — two were wearing riot gear and had the ram in their hands.
“After they knocked the door in, the police with the riot gear put it in the back of a police car and walked back in.”
A 52-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested after six officers rushed into the close.
The raid was part of Operation Slate, which has ramped up in recent days with a series of warrants executed at locations throughout the city.
This has so far resulted in several people being charged and thousands of pounds’ worth of narcotics seized.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “A 29-year-old woman has been charged in connection with alleged drugs offence.
“She is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
