Music fans are demanding refunds over “dismal” conditions at this year’s Rewind Festival.
The 1980s extravaganza at Scone Palace, featuring sets from OMD, Status Quo and UB40 among others, was hailed as the best yet by organisers.
About 100 revellers are now demanding their money back, however, after complaining about conditions in the “luxury” VIP enclosure, which cost a three-figure sum more to access than the normal ticket price.
Festival regular Angie Gatford described the VIP area as “dismal”.
Rewind organisers have pledged to take the complaints on board.
They said they are still considering how to respond to requests for refunds.
A spokesman for Rewind said: “We’re in touch with everyone who has contacted us about this and we’re working on an appropriate way to remedy their concerns.”
