This is the moment a gull dropped dead from the sky during a post-match interview with former Dundee United boss Ian McCall.
The bizarre incident came about after Ayr United’s game with Forfar at Station Park in the Angus town at the weekend.
McCall got into a bit of a flap along with the AUMedia report as the incident was caught on camera.
A flock of gulls could be heard above the pair before a bird comes crashing to the ground beside the ex-Tangerines gaffer.
The camera pans to the right and shows the poor gull on the turf.
McCall then shudders and turns to the camera to say: “There’s a lot of them round about us just now and I’m not really happy about this.”
The interview is then concluded away from the pitch but the gulls can still be heard squawking in the background.
