Scottish Premiership side Motherwell have poked fun of English giants Manchester United in announcing the permanent signing of defender Peter Hartley.
The deal was announced in style with a Twitter video of Hartley playing a mini piano in a pastiche of Manchester United’s confirmation of the arrival of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.

The Fir Park side’s tongue-in-cheek announcement came just a day after the Red Devils extravagantly unveiled Chile international Sanchez.
Motherwell’s video quickly went viral with the post reading: “Ladies and gentlemen, please take your seats. Introducing #Pete6… #SIWY #MFC. Are we doing this right, @ManUtd?”
United seemed to appreciate the effort replying with the following gif.
