As expected, tickets for Gary Barlow’s show in Dundee sold out within minutes today.
The briefs went on sale at 10am and there were none remaining 10 minutes later.
We wanted to see how difficult it would be to get a pair for the Caird Hall concert on April 20.
While not a Gary Barlow fan, Tele reporter Jon Brady was well up for the task and successfully secured two tickets for the centre balcony at the first attempt.
Despite logging on to the page at 10am, all of the cheapest £38 tickets were unavailable by 10.01am.
Our tickets were in the £51 bracket.
Unsurprisingly, third party sites were offering tickets at highly inflated prices, leaving many dedicated fans frustrated at missing out.
But all is not lost.
We will be giving away the tickets we bought as part of a competition.
