Firefighters were tackling a major blaze that broke out at a local scrap yard in the early hours of this morning.
The fire in Leven, Fife, is being treated as suspicious.
A spokesman for Scottish Fire and Rescue said that about 20 firefighters were tackling the blaze that broke out at 4.30am.
They remain at the location fighting the fire.
The spokesman said: “We were called to attend a blaze in Leven at 4.30am today.
“Firefighters are still on site and the cause of the fire is being investigated,”
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “A fire broke out at a scrapyard in Leven in the early hours of the morning.
“The police and fire service are still in attendance.”
It is understood there are no casualties.
