Long delays have been reported across Dundee following an ongoing incident on the Tay Road Bridge.
Emergency services have been trying to talk a man down from the Tay crossing after bridge was closed around 4am today.
As a result of the closure, traffic is being diverted via Perth leading to congestion coming into Dundee and around the city centre near to the bridge.

Bus services from Dundee to Fife have also been severely delayed.
Stagecoach services between the City of Discovery and St Andrews is travelling via Perth and Newburgh adding nearly an hour on to the journey time.
There will be a bus from St Andrews to Dundee via Perth at 08:30 and another at 09:00. The Approx journey time is 1 hour 30 mins.

A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed a male in distress was on the bridge and officers were still in attendance along with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, paramedics, the Coastguard and Broughty RNLI.
A statement from police read: “Unfortunately we are still dealing with an incident on the Tay Road Bridge which is requiring the bridge to be kept CLOSED to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
“This is unavoidable and the bridge will remain closed until the incident is resolved.
“We apologise for the inconvenience, but these decisions are not taken lightly, and we have to ask for your patience and understanding.”
