Broughty Ferry is set for an evening of laughter as the Icebreaker comedy night returns.
After the success of their first night at the Royal Tay Yacht Club, organisers are returning to the venue with a host of comedians including Bruce Fummey, 2014’s Scottish Comedian of the Year.
Fummey, from Perth, has enjoyed success with shows such as About Tam O’Shanter and About the Jacobites.
Also starring on the night will be comedian Christopher KC who has just returned from making his debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, as well as Sam Tennent and Kenny Sinclair.
The event takes place on Friday October 12 from 8pm.
There are meals available from 5.30-7pm.
The show will be hosted by Obie, who has regularly performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and was a Scottish Comedian of the Year finalist in 2006.
Tickets cost £6 in advance from the Yacht Club or £7 on the night.
Icebreaker hosts weekly comedy nights at Henry’s Coffee House in City Square every Saturday at 8pm. Tickets cost £5.
Icebreaker was set up by Luis Alcada who has also held comedy workshops where comics are able to test out ideas, take part in writing exercises and get feedback from experienced performers.
