A thief smashed the window of a car parked in a Dundee street and made off with items.
The incident happened sometime between 4pm on Saturday and 2.20pm on Sunday in Blinshall Street, near the city centre.
A dark blue Volkswagen Golf parked near top the junction with Guthrie Street was targeted.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said that nothing of great value was taken from the vehicle.
Officers are now looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed anything on their way home from a night out.
An appeal from Police Scotland read: “Although this is a quiet area with mostly industrial units around about, there are a number of student residences nearby and the streets are often used by those making their way back from weekend nights out.
