Firefighters closed off a Dundee street on Monday night after masonry on a block of flats came loose.
Staff from Blackness Fire Station were called out to Park Avenue at around 6.45pm.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said a “coping stone” had become dislodged.
She added that firefighters set to work removing the masonry and made the area safe.
An aerial appliance was used to safely remove the coping stone from the tenement roof, with no further damage.
Though not confirmed to have been caused by Storm Ophelia, the strong wind is believed to have played a part in the call out.
The area remains under a yellow weather alert for strong winds.
