A man branded a “toddler” by a sheriff for shouting and swearing at his partner has been ordered to undertake unpaid work.
Connor McInearney, 22, of Balunie Drive, admitted shouting, swearing and damaging items in a kitchen at a property on his home street and placing his partner Megan Isles in a state of fear and alarm on November 24.
He was previously sentenced to almost three years in prison in 2017 for assault.
Solicitor Ross Donnelly said his client had no intention of returning to prison and had sought relationship counselling. McInearney was ordered to perform 100 hours of unpaid work with two years of supervision.
