A rush-hour crash caused tailbacks on the main route between Perth and Dundee.
The collision took place on a northbound lane of the A90 at Glendoick at around 5.30pm yesterday.
The road was partially blocked as a result.
Three police cars and an ambulance were reported to have been at the scene.
Police Scotland said that no one was hurt in the incident.
One motorist said there had been “massive tailbacks” on the affected section of the road.
Traffic Scotland posted on social media: “A90 northbound Glendoick is currently restricted due to a road traffic incident.
“Please approach with caution and expect delays to your journey.”
The accident was cleared by 6pm.
