Rory Loy has returned to Falkirk after calling time on his frustrating Dundee stint.
The striker joined the Dark Blues in 2015 after a productive two-year spell with the Bairns.
But he struggled to recreate the lethal form that saw him bag 34 goals in 78 appearances for his former club and found himself farmed out to St Mirren last term.
Now, after leaving Dens Park by mutual consent, the 29-year-old hopes to rediscover his scoring touch by hooking up with Bairns boss Peter Houston for a second time.
Loy said: “I am delighted to be back at a club that I hold in such high regard.
“I made some fantastic memories last time I was here and I’m back to help this club make many more and achieve success.
“When I heard Falkirk were interested in bringing me back, there really was only one option. I can’t wait to get started.”
