Pop superstar Craig David has been revealed as the latest big artist to perform at Dundee Waterfront next summer.
The R’n’B heartthrob will play an open-air show at Slessor Gardens on Friday June 7.
The 7 Days singer has announced his only full Scottish date of the year at the Waterfront venue – with tickets going on sale this Friday.
Support will come from popular DJ Sigala, singer Becky Hill and up-and-coming act Nathan Dawe.
David – who was popular in the early 2000s but has made a high-profile comeback to the music scene in recent years – has sold 15 million albums across the world.
He is a multi Ivor Novello and Mobo Award-winner and has been nominated for several Brits and Grammys.
His most recent albums were smash hits – Following My Intuition reached number one and The Time Is Now went to number two.
David said: “I’m really looking forward to bringing my show and band to Dundee in the summer.
“It’s going to be a blast – I have no doubt my fans will join me in making this a big night.
“I’m a huge fan of Sigala who will be spinning some serious tracks, and Becky Hill has the most incredible voice and amazing hits, so I’m looking forward to having them both as my very special guests.
“DJ and producer Nathan Dawe is on the up – and I am happy to invite him to open.
“We know the fans in Scotland like to party so bring it on – I cannot wait to see you all.”
