
Police in Dundee have launched an investigation after a car was being ‘driven dangerously’ around the city.
The white Mercedes was seen undertaking vehicles on roads around the city centre and speeding across the Tay Road Bridge.
Police say they were made aware at 1.15pm and that ‘road policing officers were deployed’ and were involved in following the car.
A statement from Police Scotland read: “Police in Dundee are appealing for information after a white C Class AMG-style Mercedes was seen being driven dangerously on the A92 Tay Road Bridge, southwards into Fife at about 1.15pm.
“Inquiries are ongoing into this incident and Tayside Divison officers are keen to trace this car and the occupants.
“The car was being driven at high speeds was dangerously undertaking other vehicles on the road.
“Anyone who may have seen this vehicle is encouraged to report any sightings or provide any information they have regarding the vehicle or occupants to Police Scotland on 101.”
