A popular Dundee chip shop is on the market for £250,000.
Marini’s, in Strathmartine Road, has been put up for sale because its owners want to “concentrate on a different business venture”.
The chipper has been open since June 2012.
Bosses now hope to attract potential buyers, with the venture being described as a “tremendous opportunity for an experienced operator”.
Property agents acting on behalf of the owners said the shop had an annual turnover of £572,000.
An online description noted the takeaway’s close proximity to nearby football parks and a high density of surrounding residents.
