Last September, the Tele reported the concerns of one woman who said it was “virtually impossible” to be seen by a doctor at Broughty Ferry Health Centre.
The woman, who did not want to be named, said people are waiting outside as early as 7.30am to try to see a doctor when the surgery opens at 8am.
In today’s Tele, we will be running an article on a similar issue.
Many people have come forward to express their frustration at the amount of phone calls they’re having to make each morning in order to secure an appointment – and how long they’re having to wait to be connected.
So, we ask you: How many times do you have to ring to get through to your local surgery?
