Police are continuing the investigation into a sexual assault in the West End of Dundee.
A woman was targeted in a close in the city’s Bellefield Avenue between 2.30am-3.10am on January 28.
It is understood the force has focused its investigation around one particular area near to the road’s junction with Roseangle.
Plain clothes officers have been seen taking photographs and approaching doors in the aftermath of the assault.
One resident told the Tele he heard a female crying in the early hours of the morning outside the block where the woman was attacked.
The person, who asked not to be named, said: “Plain-clothed officers came to my door at midday on the Sunday.”
A spokesman said inquiries were continuing into the incident.
