An area in Dundee is on lockdown this afternoon.
Police have sealed off both ends of Noran Avenue and parts of Craigie Drive are also inaccessible.
Witness Will Carlin told the Tele: “Barriers are everywhere and police are all over the place.”
Another witness said they had seen six police cars and no one was able to enter the estate.
The Greendykes Road A92 is closed to traffic.
