Friends of a man who has gone missing have made an emotional appeal for him to get in touch.
Joshua Gregory, 27, who works at Industry nightclub and is the president of Dundee and Angus College Students’ Association, was last seen near Errol at 9pm on Saturday.
Since then, he has not been in contact with his family, which is described as “out of character”.
Joshua, also known as Josh, is described as black with shaved dark hair and tattoos on both his arms. He was last seen wearing black jeans and a black Nike T-shirt. He is also known to wear green and black beads on his right wrist.
Joshua’s girlfriend Yvonne Nessel said: “Josh is such a friendly man who will do anything to help others.
“His family and friends are very worried as this is so out of character. We just want Josh to come home safe and well.”
He has access to a blue Renault Megane car, registration SJ62 RXF, which he had with him on Saturday.
Liam McCabe, president-elect of the National Union of Students Scotland, said: “Josh is a student movement colleague and we’re all incredibly concerned.”
Sergeant Kenny Greig, of Dunfermline police station, said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Joshua’s welfare and are eager to trace him as soon as possible.
“Joshua is known to frequent the Dundee area, particularly the Lochee locality, as well as travelling throughout Fife, Tayside, Grampian and northern areas of Scotland.
“I would urge anyone who may have seen Joshua, a man matching his description, or his vehicle to contact us immediately.”
