A Dundee community centre is having an open day to encourage more people to use its sports facilities.
Members of the Ardler Complex are inviting residents in the area to come and try out some of the equipment at the centre between 9am and 12.30pm this Saturday.
As well as seeing what is on offer, people will receive advice on health and nutrition as well as expert guidance from three personal trainers during the day.
Bill Duthie, from the Ardler Complex, said: “We’re in the run-up to having our events like the Santa’s grotto at the complex but we want to try to get more people in to use the facilities.
“We want to encourage more people to utilise the gym and the fitness room.
“We’re trying to contribute as much as we can to improve the health and wellbeing of people in the area.
“There’s going to be lots of information available.”
