Dundee manager Neil McCann has had his two-match misconduct ban halved on appeal.
The Dens Park gaffer had his appeal heard by the SFA on Monday evening to argue the suspension dished out after he clashed with St Johnstone goalkeeper Zander Clark following the 4-0 home defeat to their Tayside rivals last month.
And that appeal was partly successful, meaning he will only have to sit out one of the Dark Blues’ remaining crunch games.
That, funnily enough, will be once more against St Johnstone at Dens Park.
Dundee host the Perth Saints this coming Saturday looking to avenge that 4-0 thrashing but will have to do so without their manager on the sidelines.
