One of Dundee’s busiest roads was brought to a standstill this morning after a fault with traffic lights.
Claypotts Junction on the A92, a major intersection in Broughty Ferry, has suffered a technical issue with the lights, causing delays for drivers.
The junction’s lights have previously sparked controversy, when changes to the sequence of the lights delayed commuters for up to 40 minutes in 2014.
A Dundee City Council spokesman said: “We are aware of a technical issue with the traffic lights and we are working to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.”
