A man who admitted breaching his bail conditions after being caught in a city nightclub has been given a supervision order.
William McGlone, of Lochee Road, was granted bail on December 11 last year with a condition that he remained in a property on Bonnybank Road between 7pm-7am.
But the 23-year-old pleaded guilty to being found at Industry nightclub, Seagate, on April 1 outwith the times of his bail order.
Solicitor Mike Short told Sheriff Lorna Drummond that his client would benefit from someone “keeping a close eye on him”.
Sheriff Drummond made a 12-month supervision order with a review on November 23.
