A man who sent apologetic texts to a woman has been fined.
David Drummond, of Pitalpin Court, admitted breaching his bail conditions by sending text messages to Dawn Bremner on January 30.
As part of his bail, granted on December 21 last year, the 36-year-old was not supposed to approach or contact her.
Fiscal depute Joanne Smith told Sheriff Gregor Murray the messages were apologetic in nature but Ms Bremner contacted the police after receiving the texts.
Drummond was fined £200.
