Man fined for incident at Dundee park

The proposed development borders Fairmuir Park

A man who acted aggressively towards another man in a local park has been fined.

Jayson Alexander, 28, of Charleston Drive, was due to stand trial on a charge of assaulting James Small.

However, the prosecution accepted his guilty plea to breach of the peace.

Alexander, who admitted that on July 5 last year, at Fairmuir Park, Park Road, he acted in an aggressive manner and shouted and swore towards Mr Small, was fined £450.
