A man who admitted breaching a bail curfew after being locked out of his tenement flat for more than four hours had sentence deferred for the outcome of other matters.
Bartosz Bajorek, 28, of Baldovan Terrace, admitted stealing alcohol from Co-op, Albert Street, on November 14, and breaching his bail curfew by being outwith Baldovan Terrace between the hours of 7pm-7am on November 18.
Fiscal depute Claire Rowan told the court the value of the alcohol was £40.
Solicitor David Sinclair said on November 18, Bajorek had returned home with a friend, but didn’t have his key with him and his flatmate had gone out.
However, he was within the building.
Sheriff Alison McKay deferred sentence until December 12 and granted him bail.
