A 59-year-old man has been arrested following an alleged stabbing incident in Dundee.
It follows a disturbance on Sunday that saw a number of emergency vehicles descend on the usually quiet on Clattowoods Drive.
Residents said they saw police using a battering ram before a man covered in blood was wheeled away in a chair.
Another occupant at the property is thought to have contacted the emergency services during the disturbance.
It is understood the arrested man is still receiving treatment in hospital.
Residents said a police presence remained at the scene as the investigation continued last Monday.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokeswoman advised two crews were despatched before two patients in their fifties were taken to hospital just after 8am.
A force spokesman said: “Police Scotland can confirm a 59-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident in the Clattowoods area of Dundee.”
