A man has been arrested after a four-hour stand-off on the roof of an Aberdeen bakery.
The 21-year-old was arrested in relation to an outstanding warrant.
It came after a man was spotted by officers and then fled to the roof of a bakery on Langstane Place.
The road was closed between its junctions with Dee Street and Bon Accord Street due to the incident.
According to the Evening Express, Inspector Ian McKinnon said: “This was an isolated incident involving one man and at no time was there any risk to the wider public.
“We would like to thank the community for their patience while the incident was dealt with.”
The roads have now reopened.
