North-east Fife residents have been warned to expect an increase in low flying when a three-week military exercise gets under way next month.
Leuchars Station is hosting the joint air exercise from September 2-21.
Air and maritime activity will rise in the vicinity of Leuchars throughout the period, both during the day and at night.
Army bosses have asked people to be prepared for additional disruption but said any complaints about low flying should be forwarded to the Ministry of Defence low flying complaints and inquiries unit by emailing SWKfirstname.lastname@example.org or phoning 01780 417558.
