A prominent hotel has been closed down a day after a raid by Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism police.
Officers carried out enforcement action at The Kirk Inn in Kirkcaldy on Thursday.
Uniformed and plain-clothes police are said to have forces entry to the Milton Road premises shortly after 12pm.
A 31-year-old man was arrested and subsequently released pending further investigation.
Detective Sergeant David Nairn from the East Division counter terrorism unit said a number of items were seized from the property.
DS Nairn revealed the raid had come about following “intelligence received from the local community” and that appropriate investigations will be carried out now the establishment has been closed down.
