Indie rockers Snow Patrol played three sold-out shows at Church Dundee on Sunday – their first time at the venue for 22 years.
The band played for 1,200 people across three half-hour acoustic gigs to mark the launch of new album Wildness, which came out at the end of last month.
Snow Patrol were formed in 1994 by a group of friends at Dundee University and are best known for hits such as Run and Chasing Cars.
Lead singer Gary Lightbody told the crowds: “Dundee has a massive place in my heart and our history.
“It all started here, so I love this place.”
He later tweeted: “The last time we played that venue (in 1996), we played to 25 people, so to pack it out three times in an afternoon was something very special.”
