Police were called to a Dundee city centre address after a body was discovered in a flat.
Four police vehicles and an ambulance could be seen on Meadowside, outside the TSB branch.
The emergency services arrived on the scene around 12pm.
A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed the death but added that inquiries are at an early stage.
