A former Dundee midwife has been cleared of misconduct and dishonesty by a disciplinary panel.
Nicola Forster, formerly a registered midwife at Ninewells Hospital, was brought before the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in Edinburgh to face a string of charges.
Ms Forster was accused of failing to document a number of procedures at Ninewells where she worked between December 2013 and February 2015.
These included 32 misconduct charges relating to one patient. Ms Forster was sacked by NHS Tayside in July 2015 when the allegations were brought to the NMC.
But only a charge of failing to document action plan objectives between March 2014 and July 2014 was found proven by her own admission but did not amount to misconduct.
The other charges were found not proven.
The Tele attempted to contact Ms Forster but received no response.
