Dundee have completed a double transfer swoop today.
The club have secured the loan signings of former Dundee United defender Ryan McGowan and Sunderland midfielder Ethan Robson on loan until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old Australia international McGowan joins up from Bradford City and had a previous spell across Tannadice Street at United in 2015/16.
He has played at both right-back and centre-half throughout his senior career, which started at Hearts, but is also adept in central midfield.
Midfielder Robson moves north to Dens Park from Jack Ross’ Sunderland.
The 22-year-old has found first-team opportunities limited at the Black Cats this season and will instead try to help the Dee stave off the threat of relegation.
