The building housing the iconic Groucho’s record store in the city centre is up for sale.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is offering the shop as a retail investment opportunity.
Offers of more than £250,000 are invited for the building, which is located on the south side of the Nethergate.
The famous music shop has been trading for more than 40 years and has been at its current location since 1999.
It is understood that Grouchos will not be affected by the sale.
The current lease runs until August 2019.
Ronald Dalley, surveyor at Shepherd’s Dundee office, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for an investor to procure a well-known retail unit within Dundee city centre at an exciting time.
“The city is approaching a new era and will be benefiting from an influx of visitors following the opening of the V&A.”
