Fire crews called to blaze at Dundee restaurant

Fire engines were called out to a Dundee restaurant after receiving reports of a fire in a toilet.

Officers received a call at 3.35pm to attend at Bellini on Commercial Street, and used a CO2 extinguisher to tackle the blaze.

No injuries were reported and it is unknown how the fire started.

A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We received a call at 3.35pm regarding a small fire in a toilet belonging to a commercial property on Commercial Street.”
