Fake Festival returned to Dundee for a second year with six tribute bands performing in brilliant sunshine.
The festival, which attracted 1,200 music fans for its inaugural event last summer, was said to have been even “bigger” this year, with double the line-up.
Bands with names such as Kazabian, The Fillers, Guns2Roses, Blondied, The Really Hot Chili Peppers and Alladinsane – a Bowie tribute – performed at Lochee Park on Saturday.
The music ran from noon until 11pm, with the bands performing inside a giant marquee. There was a bar, food stalls, children’s rides and inflatables, face painting and a rodeo competition.
