Dundee United has announced the deadline day capture of Grant Gillespie.
The 26-year-old midfielder has penned a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Gillespie was let go by Hamilton last week after nine seasons at the Lanarkshire club.
The holding midfielder met his new teammates at a United training session today.

Gillespie said his aim was to try and get United back into the top flight.
He told the United website: “I am delighted to join Dundee United. I come here ready to do what I can to help the club get back to the Premiership.
“I am fit and ready to play. We have fourteen games until the end of the league campaign and I join believing that Dundee United can be a Premiership club by the summer. Joining until the summer presents an excellent opportunity for me to show my ability and secure a longer deal.”
