A Dundee student has installed a sculpture in the West End to raise awareness about homelessness.
Euan Rutter, 32, a Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design student from Douglas, created the artwork and placed it on Perth Road.
He said: “Myself, my partner and two children are living in temporary accommodation, so we would be classed as homeless. We are living in a crowded house, with only two beds for four of us and there’s no telling how long for.”
He made a bodycast of his stepson and used sticky tape and clingfilm to create the human-like structure.
Euan hopes to raise awareness about homelessness, in the run up to Sleep in The Park – an event organised by charity, Social Bite.
