Dundee snubbed by BT and Sky in upcoming Premiership TV schedule

Dundee FC will have no live TV coverage until at least March, the SPFL has confirmed.

The TV schedule for seven games up until the end of February was today unveiled with the Dark Blues not being chosen for any live games.

The only other team not to be picked to feature in a live broadcast is bottom-of-the-league Partick Thistle.

In February The Dee face massive games against Ross County, Partick, Motherwell then Celtic – however TV bosses have deemed them unattractive to viewers.

Instead, matches including Celtic and Rangers have been chosen as well as Ross County v Hearts, Kilmarnock v Hibs and Motherwell v Aberdeen.

The seven games to feature on BT Sports or Sky Sports are as follows:

Dundee’s last game against Celtic at Dens will stand to be the last televised game until March at the earliest.

Dees will have to wait until next month to find out when or if their side will perform on national TV again.
