Dundee have rejected a bid from Celtic for defender Jack Hendry.
The 22-year-old has attracted interest from both north and south of the border after an impressive start to his short Dens Park career.
The Dark Blues are believed to have slapped a £1.5m price tag on their man.
Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Newcastle were the teams in England linked with the youngster, but Neil McCann has confirmed a bid from the Scottish champions has already been rejected.
He said: “There’s been a bid, a low bid, very low, but nothing since.
“I would think there would be more interest in the player but clearly they were told it wasn’t enough and that will be the message if it continues in that vein.”
