Police have carried out high-visibility patrols after reports of anti-social behaviour near a McDonald’s in Dundee.
The Tele has reported on trouble in the Camperdown area of the city, including an attack on a security guard at the McDonald’s in the leisure park.
Last week, we also told of how off-road bikers were causing havoc at Camperdown Country Park.
Police Scotland responded after complaints youths congregating in the area.
Sergeant Lesley Mann said: “We have received a number of complaints of large groups of youths congregating and causing annoyance near to McDonald’s at Camperdown in Dundee and surrounding areas recently, particularly at weekends.
“During the darker nights we would appeal to parents to assist us in taking an interest into where their children are and who they are with.
“Officers will be carrying out extra patrols and working alongside community wardens. If anyone is caught committing any offences they will be dealt with accordingly.”
