More than 500 young people marched through the streets of Dundee on Saturday in celebration of the city’s rich design heritage.
The Dundee Design Parade saw youngsters light up the UK’s only Unesco City Of Design as part of Dundee Design Month.
The spectacle, in celebration of the Year Of Young People, saw youngsters parade through the city centre in a flurry of flags, banners, music and artwork inspired by sister Unesco Cities Of Design.
The parade was a culmination of months of work between artists, designers and young people to create the artworks for the parade.
Items on show included bamboo from Wuhan in China, ceramics from Puebla in Mexico, fabric from Nagoya in Japan and music from Seoul.
