A pair of miniature Shetland ponies stole the show during a visit to a Broughty Ferry care home.
Wilson and Flicker, two specially-trained “therapy ponies”, met residents of Moyness Care Home on Grove Road.
Therapy Ponies Scotland offers therapeutic visits to care homes and hospitals to put a smile on the faces of residents and patients.
Vikki Byres, wellbeing ambassador for Moyness, said: “The ponies enjoyed lots of attention and cuddles from all the residents.
“The therapy ponies actually brought two nursing homes together, as a few residents from St Ronans wanted to visit them too.”
